KARMA BEERS

Karma beer is the result of a modern vision of an ancient tradition; Mario Cipriano adds his creativity to the classic recipe, rediscovering poor ingredients such as wine, orange peels, lemons, and apples that provide the beer with a special flavor and a good amount of originality. Karma, just like the authentic artisanal beers, ferment in bottles and also it also presents sediments; in fact, in order to keep all the nutritional and organoleptic qualities untouched, no pasteurization, filtration and, above all, no preservatives are used. Karma’s quality is guaranteed by the process and the high quality of the ingredients: malt, partly, is cultivated in biodynamic farms, the sugarcane is bought on the fair trade, and the honey is biologic.
